A fantastic visit from Chef’s Warehouse last week! 🧀✨ We had the pleasure of welcoming a team from Chef's Warehouse to the Coombe Castle HQ, where they dived into the world of our rich creams - learning all about the production process and what makes our creams so special. The experience didn’t stop there! The team also indulged in a delicious tasting session, sampling a range of recipes crafted with our double and clotted cream, showcasing their versatility and luxurious taste. From sweet treats to savoury delights, each dish highlighted the quality and richness our creams bring to every bite. The journey continued to Belton Farm, where they discovered the artistry behind cheesemaking. They explored the production process up close and sampled some of Belton Farm’s finest cheeses. Shropshire Blue is made in a similar way to Stilton, a soft cheese with a sharp, strong flavour and a slightly tangy aroma. It is slightly sour but sharper than Stilton and generally creamier.
