I help leaders and teams to unlock their full potential - saving time, implementing more effective ways of working, maximising team engagement and achieving outstanding results. Insights Discovery Licenced Practitioner

Congratulations to the latest cohort to complete Scottish Enterprise Essential Leadership programme! I had the pleasure of facilitating the cohort on behalf of CONNECT THREE. The programme really supports the delegates to reflect on the role of leader in the modern workplace, connect to their values, and to unlock more innovation and creativity to drive their business’s forward. One of the key benefits is the opportunity to work with individuals from completely different sectors and to learn from each other, transfer best practices and build relationships that can last beyond the programme. If it is time to sharpen your saw, get in touch with Scottish Enterprise, CONNECT THREE , or simply drop me a note and I can help you register for a future cohort. Those who have already taken the leap highly recommend it!

  • Did you know your personal wellbeing is your competitive edge? We hosted our first Energise Wellbeing for Performance event this morning. Our wellbeing expert Kyle walked us through our own personal roadmap. We explored mistakes we make as leaders, business impact, community and individual goals. Danny, Katy, Mercy & Amanda left us with some practical takeaways when thinking about wellbeing at work: ✨ When are we scheduling meetings? ✨ How are we reacting to chaos? ✨ Is the founder / CEO leading the purpose? ✨ How do we break down our work year? ✨ How much info prevents Sunday night dread? ✨ What assumptions are we making? Thank you to our friends The Social Hub (B Corp™) for collaborating together on this event. As fellow B Corps, community and wellbeing is at the heart of our own b corps and how we do business. We couldn’t think of a better partner! Thanks James, Luciano.

How do we grow Consciously? Asked The Social Hub (B Corp™)’s Director of impact Amber Westerborg two years ago. The Social Hub is IN BUSINESS to “create better communities together”. They have a social business model, and yet, they’re keen as they grow, to ensure they’re doing the best thing for people and planet. The answer? Use the B Corp Framework, Business Model and Community to inspire and challenge them to grow in a way that accelerates social, economic and environmental change. Privileged to have Amber as guest speaker on our CONNECT THREE Glasgow B Corp Accelerator where she blew us away with the incredible work the business is doing and the passion at which she talked about her work and plans for the future - we all want an Amber on our team now! How to grow consciously? Set an Intention to be a force for good Lock it into your business model Look for a framework to follow Get everyone on board and involved Set goals and standards for yourselves Join a community of good practice Evidence your impact Get support B Corp or not - this is great advice for any leader, any business to grow in a way that’s sustainable for you, your people, and the planet. • Earlier this year, we applied for the first time to the Great Place To Work UK awards. After our initial entry placed us in the 97th percentile, we were super proud to be invited to the #UkBestWorkplaces award night in London to find out where we placed in the top 100 UK SMEs. As a people based consultancy, we help businesses build great workplaces—so it’s only right that we hold ourselves to the same standard. That’s why being recognised in the Great Place to Work UK Top 100 matters. It’s not just an award; it’s proof that we live our values. It strengthens our credibility, helps attract top talent, and shows clients that we practice what we preach. Most importantly, it reflects the culture we’ve built together—one where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired. Incredibly last night, with our first ever entry, at # 37 in the UK!!🕺🏻💃🏻 🎉 #BeBold #BeCurious #BeLimitless #BeYou #GPTW
