Yesterday, our Purple People came together for our first Circle Meeting of 2025! 💜 It was a fantastic day packed with exciting updates, engaging learning, and plenty of laughter, marking an incredible start to the year at Caudwell Children. 🦋 Here are just a few of the highlights: ✨ Verity Plumb (our Learning & Development Manager) delivered an engaging Training & Development session, teaching the different techniques and ways of learning. ✨ Our Marketing Team delivered an insightful, behind-the-scenes look at our upcoming 25th Anniversary Brand Campaign - from working with our Insights Team and how direct beneficiary research influences a campaign, through to initial concepts and creative designs, and beyond. ✨ Claire Marshall (CEO) unveiled the charity's new strategy update, shaped by direct input from our Staff, setting the course for a very exciting and impactful future! This was followed by an inspiring Brand Values update from Mike Harper (our Marketing Director). ✨ Megan Keir and Channaine Nyakawa (from our Occupational Therapy Team) led an interactive and insightful session, providing deeper insights into their assessment pathways and the support the service offers to children and families.
