Kirsty Swink, a chartered accountant from Aberdeen, Scotland, transitioned from the oil and gas industry to Bermuda in 2014, working at JLT’s captive management practice. After graduating with a finance degree from the University of Kansas, Tim Svoboda started his career at Lockton in Kansas City before transferring to its NYC office.
