Yesterday our #Leadership team at Flexible Childcare Services Scotland and Caerus came together for a full day of reflection, review, and remodelling our roles and responsibilities to ensure we have the right people, in the right seats, holding the right set of accountabilities. Lots of great conversation, open, transparent and supportive of each other as individuals and the team as a whole. We’re now close to having a new accountability chart, one that everyone is bought into, and that incorporates the key outputs needed to deliver on our new 5 year strategy. Next steps include reviewing our operating system, working with our management and central support colleagues to pin down their responsibilities, ensuring the right systems are in place and agreeing our measurement tools.
