This month, our Master Distiller Dr. Nick Savage is bringing the bold spirit of Bladnoch to France. From the 16-18th April, he'll be sharing the story behind our Lowland Single Malts and building new connections as Bladnoch continues its journey across the globe. Slàinte to new beginnings!

We’re counting down to Wave Weekend 2025, taking place on 14th & 15th June at the Distillery...a time to gather, celebrate and enjoy some incredible whisky. The weekend marks the launch of Wave II, the second release in our latest Master Distiller’s Collection. We are delighted to announce that our 16 Year Old has won Gold at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards! Taking the top spot in the 13 to 19-year-old category, this award crowns Bladnoch 16yo as the Best Scotch Lowlands Single Malt - a title we couldn’t agree with more! A huge thank you to our dedicated team, whose passion and craftsmanship make these wins possible.

This week we have launched Bladnoch Drams, a new taste initiative to encourage whisky to be enjoyed and talked about. The concept is simple, each dram comes with a unique Dram Back offer found on the tag, allowing you to redeem the cost of your dram against a full bottle purchase. Bladnoch Distillery is excited to present an immersive theatre experience right at the heart of our 207-year-old distillery. Mark the last weekend of September in your calendar for the Bladnoch Tasting Notes! This Theatre Show, created by actress Debora Weston, will transport guests through the distillery's two-century history. It will feature notable characters and events from Bladnoch Distillery’s founding in 1817 to its recent revival by current owner David Prior. Running from September 27-29, during the Wigtown Book Festival, this immersive experience includes tastings of Bladnoch’s single malt whiskies and features performances by actors Mark Kydd and Mark Rannoch. On top of that, there will be a special tasting of Double Matured Bladnoch 8YO – a new release, led by Master Distiller Dr. Nick Savage. The results are in! We are delighted to share that Bladnoch has been awarded multiple medals in the International Spirits Challenge 2024. Bladnoch Vinaya, Alinta and 19-year-old took the gold while Liora was awarded silver, and Samsara - bronze medals. It’s a great honour to have been awarded these medals and we are grateful for the hard-working team at Bladnoch who make winning competitions like these possible. #BoldGallowaySpirit #bladnochwhisky
