Our 2025 GM & HC Summit👏🏽 We gathered all of our GM, HC and support office together in one room to present and talk through our plans for 2025. And what a fab day it was! After 2 successful years - we are looking at how we will navigate through continued success. The day announced new exciting projects we have coming up to, future plans but also to focus on the now and how do we consistently ensure everyone leaves happy every single day. Our GM’s, HC’s and Support office all then had the opportunity to connect and chat to one another over a celebratory drink after! We’re starting the year how we mean to go on, focusing on our people⭐️ This week we launched our first session of our management development programme, where 40 of our high performing leaders came together in London. The group was a mixture of roles including Supervisors, Junior Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs & Assistant Managers. The day consisted of hearing all about; • Our story from Bill himself🌱 • The plan for Bill’s now and the future by Benjamin Litchfield & Tom James 🤩 • The hospitality industry, company culture and values and an introductory session on self discovery through the insights model by Emily Jolly & Freya Thomas 🎨 Our people are one of our biggest priorities and we’re super excited to see where these future leaders grow over the next 14 months and beyond! #lifeatbills #keepitcolourful #development
