We believe in employee ownership as the best sustainable long term solution to ownership succession and we believe that employees should be enabled to have a real voice in the organisations they work in and share in the wealth that they help create. We are experts in employee ownership, employee ownership trusts (EOTs) and alternative ownership models. We have helped more than 200 businesses become employee owned. We work with companies all over the UK, advising on all forms of employee owned structures, project managing employee ownership transitions and putting the legal structures in place, as well as providing training and post transition support.

We had the pleasure of transitioning our client ClearBox Consulting Ltd into #employeeownership yesterday! Congratulations to Sam Marshall & the team 👏
ClearBox is now employee-owned! ClearBox has just moved to the next phase in its growth by forming an employee-owned trust (EOT). Nothing will change for customers or the services we provide - and I'll carry on as MD - but as of today the company shares are held in a trust for the benefit of all employees, current and future. This feels like a huge step for me as founder. When I set the company up 18 years ago it was really just as a way for me to be an independent consultant. It was another big decision in 2017 when Wedge Black joined as the first employee, and we've kept growing since then. The company has always been run as a collaborative operation, so becoming an EOT feels like a very natural next step. For the employees, knowing that ClearBox is held purely for their benefit gives certainty that the company has a long future, and as we continue to prosper they get a share in those rewards. The trust is governed by trustees with employee representation, so they get a say on the big issues that might impact them too. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us all, and hope that more people will join us along the way. You can read more about it in https://lnkd.in/eYqmhdAy
