Improving speed, capacity and accuracy through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) NHS Arden & GEM has successfully deployed an innovative RPA solution to streamline the referral management process for the National Referral Support Service (NRSS), which we manage on behalf of NHS England. Connected Workforce Planning for NHS Organisations On 12 March, Arden & GEM hosted a workshop for NHS leaders to explore solutions for one of the biggest challenges in healthcare today—workforce planning.
