Have you been to the Advertising Association’s offices lately? Although I work with them a lot, we are usually on location. I hadn’t been to their new offices at 95 Aldwych, so on my recent visit to shoot their head shots I had a pleasant surprise. They have made these amazing posters from my shots at LEAD2024, framed and hung them around the office. I was so proud and a little touched. I don’t often see what the clients do with my images, long gone are the days when tear sheets were sent in the post to the photographer. You’d get actual magazine pages, newspapers or packaging etc, can you imagine! It was always and still is great to see your work in print. So walking into the beautiful little exhibition of my work in a collab with Grace Hughes the designer at the Advertising Association was total delight. Thank you to everyone at The Advertising Association especially Grace Hughes and Matt Bourn, you made my day.

The Campaign UK Ad Net Zero Awards have returned for 2025! Recently, the judges discussed why you should enter the awards at a breakfast briefing event held at Google. Here is a sneak peak of what they said: 1. Writing your entry allows your employees to reflect on the work they have done and realise where to change their path or improve their work. 2. The competition is open to all areas of our industry, meaning you can focus on your strengths as a business and learn from the other categories. 3. If you have applied before and not won, apply again. Often the winners of the awards have previously applied, improved on their work, and come back to win.
