The team are excited to be partnering with the Technical Operations Team at the Ayr and Dumfries Campuses.   As the UWS Technical Operations team continues to focus on upgrading building safety including the fabric of buildings and systems, they are to be commended in their drive towards Operational Excellence. This project was won through the SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance) under the FS2 Fire Safety Framework. Ensuring the safety of high-rise buildings is at the heart of what we do, and we are excited to begin work on this critical project to protect both buildings and residents. 🚨 Expo Highlights from Adman Int at the Scotland Excel Estates Management Expo 🚨 Today, our team had the pleasure of exhibiting at the Scotland Excel Estates Management Expo at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow. A huge thank you to the organisers for a well-run event that facilitated valuable interactions among fellow Scotland Excel Framework holders. We had insightful discussions with representatives from North Lanarkshire Councils, West Lothian and Aberdeenshire, diving deep into their processes for passive fire protection. We're excited about the opportunity to work with them and contribute to their safety and compliance efforts. Some of our team members also attended several compelling presentations. Professor Sean Smith from the University of Edinburgh delivered a thought-provoking session on "Future Housing: Challenges, Opportunities, and Growth." His insights and data will undoubtedly influence our approach to future projects. Additionally, the presentation by James Stevenson, Housing Development Manager at North Lanarkshire Council, on "Net-Zero Affordable Housing Regeneration," was a standout. The discussion on the Dykehead Road project offered fascinating takeaways that will likely inspire and shape similar initiatives in the years ahead.
