📣 Repeat after us: Self-care isn’t selfish — it’s essential 📣 When we take time to care for our minds and bodies, we show up stronger, calmer, and more resilient — for ourselves and for the people around us. At the Edusave Merit Award Ceremony for Sec 1 to Pre-University students, we teamed up with People's Association Tampines North to deliver a special session on “Taking Care of Yourself: Why it Matters” 🏅 Together with students and their parents, Jing Jiang Poh ✨ Explored the ABCs of self-care — Awareness, Balance, Connection ✨ Practised quick, effective self-care activities like stretching and Progressive Muscle Relaxation ✨ Built personalised self-care plans to support both school success and emotional wellbeing We even helped ease some nerves before students went on stage to receive their awards — with a collective stretch to shake off the jitters! Thank you PA Tampines North for this opportunity! #Intellect

Mental healthcare should be accessible to all. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we partnered with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to offer up to 6 fully subsidised counselling sessions to members of public. We know that cost can be a barrier to care, but everyone deserves mental health support. Together with NCSS, we are committed to improving the mental wellbeing of our community. If you or someone you know needs support, help is within reach. 🔹Eligible users can be referred by FSCs, Polyclinics, hospitals, MOE schools, and more 🔹Walk-ins accepted with PG/MG, CHAS Orange/Blue cards, MOE student cards, or financial assistance

Organisations often say, “Our people are our most valuable asset.” But how can we better reflect that belief in the way we measure and invest in our workforce? At Talent & Tech Asia Summit, Alicia Yoon, our Senior Consulting & Solutions Lead, joined the panel discussion “Unlocking ROI: Connecting people metrics to business outcomes using people analytics.” Together with Sandeep Mookharjea, Pallavi Srivastava, and Sunny Yan, they explored how a people-centric strategy can fuel business success through productivity, retention, resilience, and wellbeing. Alicia shared key insights from an organisational psychology lens: 💬 Wellbeing needs to be woven into the DNA of a company’s culture, not treated as a one-off initiative 💬 It’s a long-term integrated approach, embedded into leadership, talent development, and everyday behaviours We also got the chance to connect with so many like-minded professionals who are just as passionate about building healthier, more sustainable workplaces. Thank you to Human Resources Online Talent & Tech Summit Asia for having us!

What does it take to truly transform mental healthcare? For us, the answer was clear: go beyond access and focus on impact. Because in a world where reaching out for help is still stigmatised, what happens after you reach out truly matters. That’s why we’ve launched Intellect 3.0—a new chapter in our journey to deliver not just care, but also the right care. Watch the video to hear from Cassandra Loh, Oliver S., and Alicia Yoon on the story behind our evolution, and why we believe this next step changes everything. Building a culture of mental wellbeing takes action, and Nanyang Technological University Singapore is leading the way. We recently joined their event by the University Wellbeing Office, HERE4U: Thriving Together: Overcoming Loneliness & Building Connections. As their digital wellbeing platform, we offer NTU students and employees mental health support, self-care tools, and professional coaching and counselling. Through such events, NTU is making it easier for students and employees to access care - something that can make a huge impact on their wellbeing. As Izzatie Seraj Ahmad, our Client Success Manager, says “This initiative is more than just support - it’s an investment in the future, empowering the next generation to thrive in their workplace with resilience and self-care in mind. Love seeing this kind of impact in action!” We’re proud to support NTU in creating a campus where mental wellbeing isn’t just encouraged - it’s accessible, visible, and actively supported.
