What is EquiHealth Alliance India? We are pleased to announce a new initiative in the works to advance access to healthcare for communicable diseases, focusing particularly on dengue in India – where outbreaks are increasingly frequent due to urbanisation, climate change, and inadequate infrastructure for vector control. The EquiHealth Alliance has been established as an advisory body to lead efforts across the following key areas: - Track A: Prevention, Timely Response and Behavior Change Communication - Track B: Data Systems and Surveillance - Track C: Financing and Resource Mobilisation Kicked off in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka over the past month, the alliance brought together government representatives, healthcare providers, CSR leaders, donors, social investors, technical experts, and community organisations to explore collaborative solutions. AVPN, in close partnership with ETI Services, is honoured to be Secretariat of this Alliance and we look forward to connecting further with all relevant stakeholders to strengthen this alliance.
