In honor of #EarthMonth, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the person leading our charge for sustainability. Ram Ramisetty is the Senior Sustainability and Environmental Manager here in SYSTRA Arabia's new design center. Most recently, he has been hard at work aligning the 52 sustainability Developmental Control Regulations (DCR) with various design deliverables for our work in NEOM's Oxagon area while also ensuring we fulfilled all of our Envision sustainability certification requirements.
Ram loves what he does, and it shows: "It's exciting to be part of something that impacts future generations," he says. "That advocacy role feels important and empowering."

With the holy month behind us, the SYSTRA Arabia team is turning our attention to the upcoming Eid al-Adha, when we will be overseeing operations of Makkah's Mashaaer al-Muqaddasah Metro (MMMP) to ensure the seamless and safe transport of millions of pilgrims as they complete the Hajj.
Even as we celebrate our continued role with the MMMP, our team is already deep in preparation for the annual pilgrimage, and we look forward to playing our part in ensuring the success of this year's Hajj.
