From the very beginning of our collaboration, one thing was clear: this project would be successful because it’s built on strong relationships and shared values. Behind every result are people who genuinely care about the customer experience — and that’s what sets this team apart. During the visit, we had the opportunity to walk through the incredible progress and achievements of our CX team working on the #Nespresso project. But beyond the data and KPIs, what truly stood out was the spirit of the people behind it all. The Serbian Super-Talented Karate Kid 😊 Meet Mia Dvožak 💫 Last year, we proudly supported Mia as she added even more medals to her collection – Vice-champion of Serbia, multiple third-place rankings, and a multiple-time Vojvodina champion in both cadet girls up to 54 kilograms and junior girls up to 53 kilograms. Mia has shown once again she’s got that winning mentality we deeply value— both within our company and across our country. Today, Mia has grown into an amazing young woman who continues to impress us, not only with her athletic abilities but also with her academic achievements. Currently studying high school in the United States, Mia is proudly representing us at the DECA Inc. State Championship in Missoula, Montana, where over 750 students competed. She was there to show the strength and resilience we know she has within herself. And she did just that, earning 6th place in the Business Services Operations Research event.
