Mihail Robert Bercu, our Calibration Department Manager, attended the 2025 SAE OBD Symposium in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal.   Over 3 days, the symposium brought together regulatory bodies and OEMs, technical specialists, academics, suppliers, and customers. Did you know that #unconscious #bias can influence our decisions and interactions without us even realizing it?   As part of FEV’s commitment to maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace, our colleagues from both #Timisoara and #Bucharest offices recently participated in an insightful webinar on the hidden influences of unconscious bias, not only at work but in our personal lives as well.   Together with Cristian Lavric, we explored the many forms of unconscious biases, their impact, and effective strategies to mitigate them.
