    🌱 This Saturday, we participated alongside over 300 volunteers from CCI Française en Roumanie member companies in a great effort to plant the CCIFER Forest at Lipănești – Prahova. Together with our families, this volunteering action was an extraordinary opportunity not only to contribute to the rebirth of nature, but also to strengthen our connections with the entire CCIFER community.   💪🏻 The Egis in Romania team has fully demonstrated its potential.     [Breaking news] Egis announces key appointments and organisational changes within the Group.   To boost our Group's development and meet the ambitions of our #ImpactTheFuture strategic plan, Laurent Germain, Group CEO, announces the following changes: - New geographic organization: from 4 to 5 regions. - 7 flagship appointments to strenghten the Group's resources and management. 🌍 From 4 to 5 regions: To maintain the strong momentum of our business in the different geographical areas, the Group is moving from a 4-region organization to a 5-region organization: - France, - Europe/Africa, - Middle East & South Asia, - The Americas (including North and South America), - Asia-Pacific (including Asia, Australia & New Zealand). This change will meet our development challenges, particularly in North America and Australia/New Zealand. ✍ 7 flagship appointments To meet our ambitions, Laurent Germain is strengthening our resources and management and announces the following appointments: - Alaa AbuSiam, previously CEO of the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region, has been appointed CEO of the Americas region. He is a member of the Group's Executive Committee. - Frederico Justus, who served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Middle East & South Asia region, succeeds Alaa Abusiam as CEO of this region. He is a member of the Group's Executive Committee. - Pierre-Yves Massille, previously Chief Transformation, Digital & Sustainability Officer, has been appointed CEO of the Consulting & Operations Business Line. He is a member of the Group's Executive Committee. - Bob Hope, formerly Egis Saudi Arabia’s Country Managing Director, has been appointed Group Chief Development Officer.     🏆 Egis Innovation Challenge 2025: A creative, energic journey from 220 applicants to 4 rewarded teams! 👏 Yesterday, on March 25, the final of our "Connect.Create.Impact." 2025 challenge was held in Paris, where we had the pleasure to reward the 4 winning teams. 🏆 Discover the podium! 1st prize: DEMETER (Dynamic Earthworks Modeling and Environmental Twin for Evolving Resources) - Egis team (Joao Guilherme Alves Correa JM LEONARD, Jean-Francois Rainaud Jocasta G. Alves Correa) -> A tool using the latest digital technologies to change the game in earthworks modeling. 2nd prize: LIM (Landscape Information Management) - WW+P Architects, part of Egis group (Giulia Pustorino Isabella Bhoan) -> A digital platform to help landscape architects and planners to simulate the climate impact of their designs in real time. 3rd prize: Floware - external French team (Mathieu Lafarge) -> A decision-making platform using AI and Data at the service of enhancing mobility solutions in cities. Special prize: ABIM - external French team (Pierre Emmanuel Peyrou Valérie Poulain) -> A solution of predictive maintenance for ports, powered by AI. For the first time, this challenge was open to start-ups and promising young talent from top schools around the world. Out of 220 entries received from 31 countries, 12 teams were shortlisted based on the creativity, feasibility and potential impact of their project on one of the 3 themes of the competition. Each team had the opportunity to present their project to our Grand Jury, chaired by Pierre-Yves Massille and composed of 4 Egis executives and 4 distinguished guests: Noëline Thiercelin - Fanny Picard - Carlos Espina - Patrick Amiel - Martine Jauroyon - thomas salvant - Mickaël Pinto - François Bienvenue This challenge is only the beginning for the winners, who will now turn their projects into reality and join the Egis incubator "The Lab", where they will receive personalised support to develop and refine their project, with access to dedicated resources and the Group's expertise. The Innovation Challenge is fully in line with Egis' strategy to promote solutions with high environmental and social impact. By encouraging collective innovation, Egis strengthens its ability to anticipate the changes of tomorrow's world and propose appropriate responses to today's challenges.
