I am really interested in understanding which were more important to your career opportunities: your Hard Skills (coding, database, etc) or your Soft Skills (communication, teamwork,etc). Today, I learned about the term “AI obesity.” It means that if you’re just copy-pasting whatever AI tools generate without engaging your human skills—like analytical thinking, critical thinking, and the rest—you’ve essentially developed AI obesity! This concept is really interesting to me. It’s like food: if you’re only looking for quick and easy fast food to fill you up, without understanding its nutritional value—like how much protein and vitamins your body actually needs—you’ll eventually face obesity problems. But here’s the key difference: we’ve been aware of fast food and obesity since childhood, so we know how to manage it (hopefully 😅). AI obesity, on the other hand, is a new challenge, and we need to educate ourselves about it. At the end of the day, we are supposed to be human—AI is just here to make things more "EFFICIENT" and "PRODUCTIVE". Anything beyond that? It’s overconsumption... it’s #AIobesity. What do you think?
