Technology can be a strong driver for an impact. With the solution we develop, and in the space that we develop our solution, there is a lot of impact to be made. So technology is a strong enabler for the impact we want to make and scale in the future. 🏆  𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐟 𝐨𝐟? The journey itself. Being a founder is a marathon, and at times there are moments that you really have to remind yourself that you are here for a long run. While the journey can at times be bumpy, every bump leads to incredible learning. Proud to be pushing myself and those in our team, proud to stay resilient, to insist on the vision when the times are tough, and yet to continue listening, learning and adapting, daily. 🚀 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥? We want to change the outdated paradigms about retirement. Retirement is not an end in itself, but a new, exciting, and enriching phase, where people can achieve purpose, capitalize on their skills and knowledge and live lives meaningfully. It is always easier to see things and spot errors looking back; many things look obvious once they are behind you. But the value of the journey itself is that every twist gives us new insights and lessons. While a founder's journey tests your confidence greatly, it also gives you daily opportunities to grow it. So being mindful and thankful for all the pitfalls as opportunities to grow your confidence is one of my insights I try to live by going forward. 👩💻 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮? Christine Lagarde, for her calm yet trust-inspiring demeanor and an inspiring journey. While she is not an entrepreneur herself, I am inspired by her advocacy for gender equality in leadership and economic empowerment. As the first woman to lead the IMF and the European Central Bank, she has consistently championed policies that support women in business. A great start to the week with Esdes Business School students in Krakow! This Monday, La French Tech Krakow had the pleasure of meeting students from Esdes Business School, who are spending the semester at Krakow University of Economics as part of an exchange program. Our president, Romain Rebour, shared insights into La French Tech Krakow’s mission and impact, along with his entrepreneurial journey in Central and Eastern Europe. This second edition of our meet-up was truly inspiring for all sides—we hope the students now see Poland from a fresh perspective: resilient, modern, and full of innovation. My journey into tech is the result of a bold career transition. Originally from the world of architecture and design, I made the leap into tech in 2017. What fascinated me was the constant evolution of the tech field—a space where creativity, problem-solving, and impact come together to shape the future. Today, as I lead operations and business development at Prime Analytics, I see firsthand how technology empowers businesses and individuals. I strongly believe that we need more diverse perspectives in tech, and I hope my journey inspires others to take the leap. 🏆  𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐟 𝐨𝐟? One of my proudest achievements is successfully transitioning from architecture and design to the tech industry, This transition was anything but easy. I had to train myself, step out of my comfort zone, and prove that I had a place in this ecosystem. But if there is one lesson I have learned, it’s that tech is not an exclusive world—it is accessible to those who dare to embrace change and continuously learn. Also, what’s truly making me proud is co-founding Prime Analytics and driving its growth, from the ground up to a 50+ experts firm. 🚀 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥? My ultimate career goal is to reshape the way financial institutions leverage data and technology to drive strategic decision-making. I wish to scale Prime Analytics into a global leading consulting and product firm that not only supports businesses in their digital transformation but also pioneers new approaches to financial data governance, AI, and automation. ⏳ 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲? Looking back, I wouldn’t change much—every challenge, every obstacle, and every moment of doubt has shaped who I am today. Switching from architecture to tech was not an easy path, and there were times when I felt out of place in a highly specialized and fast-moving industry.If there’s one thing I might have done differently, it would be to trust myself sooner and embrace the fact that unconventional backgrounds bring immense value to tech. 👩💻 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮?
