Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations
Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
