What the role entails
Some of the key responsibilities of our Full-stack Developer will be:
Team member role that requires general supervision
Conducts requirement analysis in order to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Conducts functional and technical software analysis and design
Develops software following the necessary policies and processes.
Advocates and abides by Agile principles
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality in the product.
Documents development work and provides daily reporting and communication of work done.
Contributes to the squad, chapter and guild(s) by sharing knowledge and experience.
Conducts problem analysis and drafts proposal for solution.
Helps troubleshoot issues.
Collaborates with squad and other chapters’ members, represent his/her own particular area.
Conducts review of technical analysis.
Contributes to the software architecture.
Coaches and mentors other developers
