Larra is one of the individual contributors who stepped up and the main resource in the IT Service Desk QA team in the Philtech Contact Center. Her team maintains and reviews call quality and manages incidents from Service Desk's reporting and documentation. Before Larra streamlined this particular operation, she and her team had to pull the data and output they'd evaluate from multiple sources. With the technology we have these days, it was only natural for them to use Forms which would consolidate all the data they need in just one source. This in turn helped free up a lot of time for Larra's team to focus on new work, which is a strong sign of growth and progressiveness--a clear proof of excellence. Bryan was originally part of the HR Data team with little to basic payroll experience. However, he took on the call of a leader and was critical in transforming the payroll team. Bryan tackled his new role head-on, rapidly acquiring both payroll and management skills despite this being his first rodeo. 👨💼 As a result, the team has expanded from 11 to 18 members, achieving this growth with zero attrition. This remarkable retention rate has significantly improved both the quality and speed of their work. With a larger, more cohesive team, they have been able to distribute tasks more effectively, leverage diverse skill sets, and enhance overall productivity. 💪 ✍ Bryan's journey is about bravery, confidence, taking on new challenges, and adapting. Jerimae and her team saw a clear opportunity to improve their operations and she took it. She’s been with the company for not longer than 2 years as an individual contributor and it seems nothing’s stopped her from expressing her excellence as one of the spearheads in establishing the Legal Affairs SharePoint site. With an approximate 2-3 days of processing time saved weekly, the Legal team has now been able to accommodate more volume, focus on expanding to manage more Philtech vendor partners, and have time for upskilling.
