Kendall Combs brings 13+ years of leadership at Saint-Gobain, where he was both a customer and investor in Merlin Solar. With deep expertise in scaling businesses, M&A, and strategic growth, he’s now focused on optimizing execution and accelerating growth. Ian VanReepinghen adds 25 years of financial leadership across Fortune 500s, growth-stage companies, and startups—including Lundberg Family Farms, Rodan + Fields, and Peet's Coffee. He will guide financial strategy and analysis as we scale. We’re looking forward to this next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact under their leadership. Merlin Solar Technologies on display at the NTEA – The Work Truck Association™ Work Truck Week show. Thank you to our partners at Bergstom and Utilimaster for showcasing the benefits of adding solar to commercial fleets.

The world’s first fully autonomous tool trailer, powered by Merlin Solar Technologies in co-development with AWM and Kevin Howard. These trailers are equipped with biometric screening, smart-tech shelves, automated inventory intelligence, and a frictionless analytics engine which enable off-grid autonomy for PPE and tool management at construction and remote sites.

Powering autonomy. This application is pretty special and speaks to Merlin Solar Technologies’s commitment to co-development with our partners. Kevin Howard was one of the first Merlin customers I met and I was instantly wowed by what he was building. It’s an honor to be a small part of his creative vision. Merlin Power Systems consisting of 6.4KW of Merlin Solar, 36KWh of battery storage, and 10KW hybrid inverter charger powering AWM’s innovative AI powered Frictionless Tool Trailer.

Sustainable, regenerative farming powered by Merlin Solar Technologies in Georgia. This regenerative farming system mobilizes every 24 hours to give chickens a fresh dining surface. The chicken poop fertilizes the land where grass grows and livestock feed. These mobile barns are powered by a Merlin Power System consisting of 8.6KW of Merlin solar, a 10KW Merlin inverter, and a 10KWh Merlin lithium ion battery.
