Vessev is heading to the USA 🇺🇸 We are excited to share that we are opening up our first international office in the USA. The US is the largest marine market in the world and we have a number of customers and supporters who wish to join the mission. Leading the US office is Josh Trout. Josh is joining the Vessev team with over 20 years of executive experience bringing marine innovation to the world. Josh will be leading North American business development, US operations, and US manufacturing of our products. The VS—9 has paved the way for this expansion - with the VS—9 having been commercialised for passenger use in Auckland New Zealand. Now onward to the USA. Big news! Today (January 29th 2025) was the first time ever that a certified electric hydrofoiling vessel was privately commercialised! Passengers in Auckland are now riding on Fullers360's electric hydrofoiling experience with the first VS—9. Cheers to Mike Horne, Liam Dowling, Tim O'Halloran and of course the entire Fullers360 team and all of the work it's taken to make this service into a reality. While this is a first, this just a first step of many. 10 years from now, every major body of water will have electric hydrofoiling vessels operating. #hydrofoiling #electricboat #electrification

Absolutely massive milestone in our partnership with Fullers360! 💙 This is the first time in the world that a certified electric hydrofoiling vessel has entered the fleet of a major ferry operator for private commercial services. Congrats to everyone on the team including Liam Dowling, Tim O'Halloran, Mike Horne, and Stuart Ogden for making the magic happen. Welcome to the VS—9! The team at Vessev has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the VS—9 and we're so excited to share it with you today. Traditionally larger vessels are required to deliver a great passenger experience as they can handle the impact of waves and wake. By flying above the waves, the VS—9 delivers the experience of a larger vessel on an agile platform that can be berthed and charged in nearly any marina.  Designed and built to commercial standards, the VS—9 will unlock entirely new opportunities on the water. 10 years from now, every major body of water will have vessels like these delivering better and more sustainable experiences.
