The ‘Sweetspot’ in our name is more than a brand, it’s a philosophy. We ask ourselves: 💡What needs to exist to compliment and magnify the success and impact of the eco-system? 💡Just because we can do something doesn’t mean we should. Are we the best place to fulfill those needs (is it our Sweetspot), or is our role to awhi others in the space? This is one of the ways we make sure we have focus delivering to our strategy and building a great business that can stay the course. Ngā Tāngata Microfinance have a wonderful approach of collaboration and connection with the financial mentor community, and their My Money Kete programme has over 6,000 participants. Our role is to awhi that wonderful work. 🌱
Look at these beaming faces! 💚 Team Money Sweetspot loved sharing morning tea with Vijay Farley-Naiker and Olive Stanley from Ngā Tāngata Microfinance yesterday. We shared stories of whānau working hard on their finances, and the great work that the financial mentor community do to support them. We have a shared commitment to financial well-being and education and talked about how we can continue to build on our relationship to create more streamlined and accessible support to whānau when they need it. There are people at the heart of the story. Collaboration is the only way. 🫶🏼 #watchthisspot
