🙌 As we mark upon our anniversary of turning 35 year old, we feel Young, Vibrant and Future-Ready 🙌 Yes we’ve come a long way – but we’re still just getting started! At our anniversary celebration, we looked to the future and excitement for what’s next:  🎯Our CEO, Lars Engbork, reminded us that our strength lies in our people, our product and the powerful community we’ve built – with hundreds of thousands of users and growing.  🎯Our Chief Product & Technology Officer, Thomas Rødseth, revealed exciting new product releases soon to come, as well as our vision for using AI to empower people rather than replace them.  🎯Our CMO, Bettina Isabelle Berntsen, spoke about our bold Northern Europe rebranding initiative and was sure to gather feedback from the entire organization via Mentimeter.  🎯Our Head of People, Jessica Hartenberger, spoke about the vital role of culture, collaboration and relationship building. Most certainly we’re not building a CRM for systems – we’re building a CRM for people. That’s been our mission since day one, and it’s more relevant now than ever. 🌍 Happy International Mother Earth Day! 🌍 We believe every step counts — for our health, our teams and our planet. 💚 As part of our group-wide initiative, the "35 Million Steps to Success Challenge", our teams came together to walk — not drive — toward a greener future. 🚶♀️🚶♂️ And we didn’t just meet the goal — we crushed it: 👣 39,685,768 steps taken 🌱 5098 kg of CO₂ saved 🌳 141,735 virtual trees planted Walking is one of the most environmentally friendly ways of getting around — and this challenge reminded us how powerful small actions can be when we do them together. 🏅 Kudos to our top 3 power walkers for helping to make this even more possible: Audrius Lučinskas, Magnus Tajet & Gintarė Samuolytė! 🌱 The environment is just one of our key sustainability focus areas.
