We would like to introduce William Bergheim, a Bachelor student from Molde University College in Logistics (HIM), as an intern at K2.   William has shown a strong interest in logistics, with a particular focus on optimization, structure, and problem-solving. His motivation was clear from the start, and we’re happy to have him join the team.   Our connection began through Logistikkforum at HIM, where we had the opportunity to present our company. Afterward, William reached out to learn more and now he's part of one of our ongoing projects in collaboration with Aker Solutions at Fornebu.   As a Bachelor student from one of Norway’s leading logistics programs, William brings a fresh perspective and up-to-date academic insight.   At K2, we see great value in involving students in real-world projects. It’s an opportunity for them to gain hands-on experience, and for us to benefit from new thinking and enthusiasm.   We look forward to supporting William’s internship and seeing his contribution in the months ahead.   We will open for applications for internships in the autumn. 🎓We are excited to have Markus Emil Stangnes and Joakim Skogstad from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) as interns at K2 Project Forwarding. Their passion for logistics was sparked through hands-on experiences and were drawn to the industry’s significance and complexity. They first discovered K2 during a company presentation at HVL in 2024 and saw it was a great place to gain practical experience. Since joining us, they’ve taken on real responsibilities, expanded their knowledge, and enjoyed working in a supportive and collaborative environment.   Although K2 is a young company, we have a strong tradition of welcoming interns from HVL, and it has always been a great experience. It’s inspiring to meet so many talented students who bring fresh perspectives and contribute with valuable insights and updated knowledge to our company. K2 Project Forwarding held its annual team-building event in the beautiful Hålandsdalen. ⛰️✨The weekend was a perfect blend of work-related topics and fun activities, making it a truly memorable and uplifting experience. We enjoyed presentations from clients, engaging workshops, and, most importantly, insightful discussions. Surrounded by great colleagues and a positive atmosphere, we participated in exciting activities and had the privilege of learning from biathlon champion Liv Grete Skjelbred at the Skjelbred Poirée Lodge. She guided us through skiing and shooting exercises, fostering real team competition. In addition to the challenges, we also had plenty of time to socialize in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. It was an unforgettable weekend filled with learning, teamwork, and great memories.
