12 months ago, we kickstarted a new chapter at VanMoof. Our mission? To get our riders moving. And our commitment? To put riders first – in every single decision we make. Over 12 million rides later, it's time to look back on a year of moving forwards. In 12 months, we’ve onboarded 166 partner locations across 8 countries; delivered over 18,000 spare parts; released 7 new app updates; designed 68 new components and refined our best e-bikes yet. It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve faced tough decisions, unexpected challenges – and learnt countless lessons along the way. But through it all, we’ve become all the more determined to put our riders first. None of this would have been possible without the support from our riders and the collaboration of our new partners. The new Garage Tab brings one-tap access to settings, consolidates key features like ‘Ride Sharing’ and ‘Repair Mode’ for easy navigation, and adds smooth animations for a more enjoyable user experience.
