But how is it affecting equity in the workplace? ⚖️ Gender Parity in the Intelligent Age, a new report from the World Economic Forum, explores how the technology is impacting gender parity. Developed in collaboration with LinkedIn and explores the data from our Understanding Talent Scarcity: AI & Equity research, it finds that women are more likely to see their roles disrupted by the technology and less likely to experience its benefits.
