😍.M.G. This is a simply epic Miro board that HuMindWise created. It's two part CNVS illustrations to many parts creativity and love from HuMindWise's mastermind: Lissy Torres Something that really struck me is how incredible those deep blue clouds look against the neutral scenes in the forefront. The contrast is incredible. Especially over at the final section where Lissy has used different coloured highlights alongside the blue to make it almost feel neon. Hi! 👋 I'm excited to share a sneak peak of something I've been working on. It's a workshop that starts in the office and ends in the stars. In the workshop, the visuals shift from the familiar office to the cosmic, making space (see what I did there...) for new possibilities. It’s the first part in a bigger journey that I’m putting together to help folks find more peace, joy, and balance at work by setting clear goals and developing the skills to make it happen. As the last day of January, it feels like an apt time to share a little exercise we did in Miro at last week’s CNVS Adventures event. Continuing the theme of mixing photography with illustrations, we set about creating visualisations for the '𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿' where everyone picked their word for 2025 and turned it into pictures. 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 ↳ Add a personal and reflective touch ↳ Get to know your fellow participants better ↳ Create a visual memento from the session 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 ↳ Align skills on basic but useful Miro features such as ···· image searches ···· cropping and masking to shapes ···· adding text and changing colours 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 1️⃣ Think of a word for your year 2️⃣ Find an image that best represents your word ↳ (use Miro image search, Pexels or Unsplash for free imagery) 3️⃣ Mask the image as a circle 4️⃣ Add your word as text or on a Post It 5️⃣ Decorate with CNVS illustrations, emojis, icons and drawings 6️⃣ Give everyone a chance to look through the beautiful display 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 A lively and personalised representation of the humans behind the Zoom screen 😍. Following up on last week's event where we married photos and CNVS illustrations for joyful slides in Miro. We also played around with photographic backgrounds for #workshop exercises. It was cool!
