All endings also mark a beginning. Today is like that as we wish our dear colleague Irma van der Schaar-Lamp well on her journey as, among other things, independent EcoNIDRA™ teacher. Her journey at FMO and FMO Investment Management began roughly 5.5 years ago when she joined the team as management assistant. It was soon very clear that she was and is much more to us, both on a personal and professional level. Irma’s presence is like an oasis of calm and her ability to bring different perspectives has thoroughly enriched us. We have known for some time that her capabilities must flourish beyond just us and that she can mean much more to many others. It would be selfish to keep her to ourselves.
