IN THE FUTURE THERE WON'T BE FEMALE LEADERS - JUST LEADERS. Q: What are the essential qualities of a leader for you personally? A: carole miltgen 🦚 Respect and kindness. Speak to one like you speak to all. 🦚 Consistency. I am consistent in everything I do. I do one thing as I do all things. You can't run a marathon if you don't train, it's the same approach to running a business, it takes a lot of perseverance to do a job properly. If you consistently work properly and in the right way, it will eventually pay off. Ex nihilo nihil fit. 🦚 Trust yourself. I have always stayed true to myself and my line, even if people tried to dissuade me or destabilize me. Following my intuition, even in difficult situations, has proven to be a good solution for me. This does not mean that I have not asked for help when I needed it. I was once told "if you ask for help, no one will refuse it to you"; and I find that to be true. I like to listen to the advice that can be given to me; I appreciate each feedback and often turn to my spouse, my team and my friends for advice. Especially if someone else is better placed than me, to analyze a situation or see a problem from another angle. That said, at the end of the day, I am the one who has to decide, because after all it is my company and it is my life and I must be able to live with the decision made. As always, we swiftly refurbish and distribute these donations to individuals in need within Luxembourg. All laptops and smartphones are allocated exclusively through our publicly accessible and transparent waiting list, ensuring fairness and accountability in our distribution process. All of our support initiatives are fully financed and audited by the Government. This ensures that our distribution model never sells laptops or trades them against other services from beneficiaries. Since 2016, our solidarity action has successfully distributed over 8,000 computers! Demand for laptops and smartphones continues to grow, which is why we need your support. Our Social Circular Economy operations, along with all our other services, are fully funded by Ministère de la Famille, des Solidarités, du Vivre ensemble et de l'Accueil. This enables and ensures the transfer of 100% of the donated devices, regardless of any participation in our classes or other services. Upholding the utmost standards, we ensure 100% data safety and maintain official authorizations from Ecotrel ASBL and the Environment Agency / Ëmweltverwaltung to refurbish computers and smartphones in Luxembourg.
