Celebrating International Day of Human Space Flight 🚀 On April 12th, we honour achievements in space exploration, which started with Yuri Gagarin in 1961 as the first person to journey into outer space. In 2024, Eurofins MET Labs worked on the IM-1 lunar mission, which marked the first ever commercial lunar landing and the first American-made spacecraft to soft-land on the Moon since Apollo 17 in 1972. Eurofins MET Labs was instrumental in this mission, leveraging its expertise to ensure the IM-1 Lander meets the stringent safety and quality standards essential for space exploration.
