🌱 ⚡ Yesterday, we hosted an insightful webinar organised under the BIOSOLFarm - South Baltic Farms - an essential part of renewable energy systems project, focusing on the integration of #renewable energy into #agriculture. This week, the Epicentre Eurocluster provided us with the opportunity to embark on an exploratory mission to London. 🔎 This highly productive visit allowed us to: 📍 Engage in a strategic discussion with Deividas Kliučinskas, Agricultural Attaché at the Embassy of Lithuania in the UK. We explored shared goals and opportunities to strengthen collaboration between Epicentre Eurocluster, Lithuanian exporters, and key players in the UK market. 📍 Participate in the IFE - International Food & Drink Event, where we established valuable new connections with stakeholders from the food and beverage industry. A particularly insightful discussion with James Murray from Montgomery Group focused on future cooperation opportunities. 📍 Formalise strategic partnerships through a Memorandum of Understanding between Montgomery Group, Autare, UAB and LITMEA | Smart Food Cluster, paving the way for stronger cooperation in the sector. On Tuesday, we had an extraordinary experience participating in the "EPICENTRE GALA EVENT: The Future of Green and Digital Industrial Ecosystems" in #Italy, hosted by our partners Cluster Campania Bioscience. This week, we spent 3️⃣ inspiring days in Rietavas with our incredible BIOSOLFarm - South Baltic Farms - an essential part of renewable energy systems project team. Together, we: 💡 Explored green energy innovations and more efficient solutions for energy production and use. 🧑🌾 Presented funding opportunities for farmers, covering available sources and best practices for utilising them. 📖 Reviewed political and regulatory changes, discussing strategies to adapt to new requirements. 🐄 Visited two local dairy and livestock farms to see renewable energy solutions in action. 🏛️ Discovered the rich cultural heritage of Rietavas, where community and innovation go hand in hand.
