ITシステムアナリスト

The SYSTEM ANALYST helps maintain and improve current local system by analyzing local requirements and addressing relevant problems. He will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, refining, translating, and finally documenting business requirements from business teams in order to support the local and ERP related systems.

The System analyst will also be responsible for updating source codes of local systems.

Responsibilities

•Examine and evaluate current systems and identify requirements and improvement points.

•Oversee implementation of new systems including data migration

•Update the source code of the different local system (Java, C#, ACCESS) in use when necessary.

•Reverse-engineering of legacy local program in use.

•Detects system stoppage or errors by conducting tests and monitoring output.

•Corrects system stoppages or errors by entering code changes.

•Resolve user-submitted problems and questions about legacy applications developed locally.

•Document functional designs, test cases, test results as well as interfaces between new and legacy systems.

•Collaborate with Global IT teams and developers to build and/or integrate solutions, systems and IT frameworks.

•Help support projects involving SAP and SAP related application by analyzing and documenting necessary requirements.

•Validate changes by testing programs and work with testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

•Develop and deliver end-user documentation and training to ensure effective system usage..

•Collaborate with data teams to create meaningful reports and dashboards within SAP or related reporting tools.

Requirements and skills

•A bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or related field

•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a programmer / system analyst

•High level of programming and scripting languages: JAVA, C#, Javascript

•Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.

•Good Knowledge of MS ACCESS and Excel Macros

•Excellent knowledge with relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies: Oracle SQL (OCP is preferred), Access DB

•Experience with SAP is a plus (Knowledge of ABAP is a plus).

•Experience with data migration and integration.
