My client company, a highly regarded global EV startup featured in various media outlets, is seeking new team members to support its rapid business expansion.

[Job Description]

* Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of the development process.

* Manage and ensure the quality assurance of projects.

* Plan and execute test strategies.

* Enhance testing efficiency through the creation and maintenance of automated tests.

* Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Must requirements

* 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing web application tests, or equivalent experience (either automation or manual test)

* Experience in creating and managing test matrices (including test cases and test scenarios)

* Communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred requirements

* Experience leading a QA team as a QA leader on a product development team

* Experience managing and training QA team members

* Experience with test development in an agile environment * Experience with designing, implementing, and operating automated tests

* Experience developing web applications (any language)
