🎉Celebrating 2 Years of startup life🎉 February marks two full years since I started menux (メニューエックス） (メニューエックス）, and looking back on 2024, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. Here are some of the highlights: ✅February – Graduated for the Moon Creative Lab Lab accelerator, backed by Mitsui & Co., Ltd. , as part of an early-stage startup cohort. ✅March – Completed Founders Institute Japan program, joining a community of intelligent and hardworking founders who have become more than just cohorts. ✅ May – Spoke as a panelist for a corporate event at a world-leading immersive theme park & storytelling company🎢 ✅June – Featured on a Japanese radio TOKYO FM BROADCASTING CO.,LTD. show to share insights on entrepreneurship and innovation. ✅ August – Launched our first proof of concept (POC) with the Japan Karatedo Federation, resulting in over 30k impressions across 5 days. ✅ September – Selected as one of 13 startups for the JETRO Startup x LaunchStarz Inc. Inc. program, spending 4 weeks in the U.S. to expand our vision globally. ✅November – Featured as a guest on Unsensible Podcast, sharing the menux journey. Spoke at Code Chrysalis on life after coding bootcamp ✅December – Panelist at an event hosted by Lemon-Boost x She Loves: Womens Network discussing the future of startups and innovation. It feels like just yesterday that I was starting out, and these past two years have been a crucial learning period—helping me truly understand the intricate Japan’s business landscape, culture, and startup ecosystem. And 2025? It’s going to be even bigger. Exciting projects are on the way, and I can’t wait to share what’s next!🚀🚀

Here are a few strategies that help: 1️⃣Prioritize ruthlessly– focus on tasks that align with long-term goals. 2️⃣Batch similar tasks – group meetings, deep work, and admin time separately. 3️⃣Make time to recharge – balance is key to sustaining momentum.
