In our 20-year history we have designed many photovoltaic and wind power plants, grateful to participate by contributing to the energy transition towards sustainable power generation. We have a long history of designing record-setting plants such as the PV plant in Troia (104 MWp), for many years the largest in Italy, the 315 MWp plant in Jujui, Argentina, which at 4200 meters above sea level is the highest utility scale in the world, the first industrial-scale green hydrogen generation plant in Italy in 2015. But the 87 MWp PV plant in Trino, although a record plant in size for northern Italy, is incredibly important to us because it represents a significant symbolic step on the part of solar energy, which peacefully occupies the site of the former Trino nuclear power plant. We have been fighting BFP against nuclear power for years, and today we can say that we have won an important battle. We thank Enel Green Power who chose to entrust BFP Group with the entire feasibility and definitive design and the environmental studies of such an important project, just as we thank Circet who, building the power plant and its BESS, assigned us the final design. The Trino photovoltaic power plant and its BESS, of which we can consider ourselves parents, was therefore entirely designed, but we could say pampered, by a good part of our engineers, architects and technicians to whom we owe all our gratitude for having made the reality. I am very proud to have been the designer of this dream which first becomes a project to be authorized, then a project to be built and then finally a reality.
