Entworfen von Marx/Ladurner Architekten und realisiert mit Green Code Produkten in Zusammenarbeit mit PROGRESS GROUP, setzt das Gebäude neue Maßstäbe in nachhaltiger Bauweise. In einem inspirierenden Vortrag stellten Bernhard Leitner und Stephan Marx die innovativen Ansätze des Projekts vor. Im Fokus stand das Green Code Bausystem, das Bauzeit und Ressourcenverbrauch optimiert und zugleich langfristige Nachhaltigkeit sichert. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team von TURN ON für die Möglichkeit, das Projekt einem großen Fachpublikum zu präsentieren! 🙌

At the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗯-𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘆, 𝗞𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, we showcased how the Green Code Building System enhances earthquake-resistant construction. 🌍🏗️ In Europe, how to build in seismic zones are clearly defined in the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲, and as a precast solution, we contribute to safer and more efficient buildings in challenging areas. Our composite walls and slabs allow for ductile connections, ensuring flexibility and energy dissipation during earthquakes. This reduces the risk of structural failure and increases overall safety. Green Code is proud to be part of a groundbreaking housing initiative in 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮, 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮!🏗️ We will deliver the first prototype home for a large-scale housing project in collaboration with feld72 Architekten ZT GmbH and produced by PROGRESS GROUP for David Marriner and the Derwent Valley Council. This marks our first project outside of Europe and we are excited to bring our expertise to Australia.   Leading this transformation, Melbourne-based developer David Marriner is converting a Brighton factory into Australia’s first automated precast concrete plant. His goal: produce 1,700 affordable, sustainable homes annually, reducing construction costs by 20% and energy consumption by 35% compared to traditional methods.   By using precast concrete, this initiative will streamline construction, minimize material waste, and enhance energy efficiency—helping to address Tasmania’s urgent housing needs.   Stay tuned for more updates! 🌍🏢 Michael Obrist Richard Scheich Therese Eberl

The modern architecture combines social, ecological, and sustainable features, meeting the highest climate standards and incorporating solar and geothermal energy.
