Lorma Logistic and Renault Trucks: A Strategic Partnership for the Future of Transport Lorma Logistic is proud to announce the launch of a strategic collaboration with Renault Trucks Italia, marking the first step towards a long-term partnership with the delivery of 11 T High 480 TurboCompound vehicles. The official handover ceremony took place in Pero, at the Renault Trucks facility, just a few kilometers from Milan. The newly delivered trucks, neatly lined up in the dealership’s yard, were received by Lorma’s management in a symbolic moment that represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey. With a fleet of 130 road tractors and both fixed and modular semi-trailers, Lorma Logistic has experienced exponential growth in recent years. The need to further enhance fleet performance and optimize efficiency led the company to this partnership with Renault Trucks—one that is set to be strong and enduring. “What immediately stood out to us about Renault Trucks was its approach: it positioned itself as a true partner for our Group, offering solutions that cater to all our companies. With this delivery, Renault Trucks has become much more than just a supplier to us—we see it as a long-term partner, supporting our future growth,” said Stefano Cibien, CEO of Lorma Logistic. The T High 480 TurboCompound has proven to be the ideal vehicle to meet Lorma’s needs: lower operating costs and emissions, a highly efficient engine, advanced safety features, and a spacious, comfortable cabin for drivers. Aligned with the philosophy and mission that have always guided our Group - Fratelli Cosulich Group, we envision the future of Lorma Logistic as one of continuous growth and innovation.

Flli Cosulich - Agents by Catalano Shipping

These first days of the year, I’ve been diving into some industry reports and there are a few numbers and trends that really caught my eye:   The global revenues (directly or indirectly) generated by the yachting industry shall keep on increasing quite importantly for the 5 coming years. The global charter market for 2024 was rather average, with an irregular dynamism. Shipyards (whether new built or refit) are almost all fully booked until at least 2026   These aren’t just statistics; they reflect what we see in our business and daily activities. In fact, I strive to sense the trends in the superyacht market and their impact on our operations and need for constant adaptation. But I also see the impact of larger crew and the new needs that captains have to face to manage it all.   Looking back and focusing on the Yachting business unit of the Fratelli Cosulich Group, last year was very satisfying. Our Antibes/Cannes offices has done a fantastic job revamping and consolidating its presence. CSS New Zealand continues to shine (kudos to Duthie Lidgard and the team!), and Andrija Simic’s work in Croatia with Simmor Marine is truly impressive.   A word regarding digital services in the Yachting industry: Who will be able to do without it in the next few years? This is an area in which we invested ourselves very early, which has already brought us a great deal of satisfaction (LogNav by AGents, My Agents Online) and in which so much remains to be done. I’m really proud of how we’ve already integrating our digital tools into our daily operations and how we keep on developing them for customers’ experience.   Last, a big compliment to the teams at Marina Molo Vecchio and Pesto Sea Group, who breathed new life into the MYBA Charter Show for the edition 2024—for a few days, Genoa was buzzing again through a major yacht show, and that’s always a great thing to see. I’m very honored to see the growth we’ve achieved worldwide in the last two decades. Looking ahead to 2025, la mer sera-t-elle calme ? As I always like to say – sunny regards – I’m confident we can keep sailing forward, adapting to whatever challenges the waves throw at us. To all my friends and colleagues in the yachting industry, feel free to share your thoughts on the year ahead – let’s try to make 2025 a year for the books!

𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 As some of you know, I’m a triathlon enthusiast. In triathlon, the finish line is just a moment - it doesn’t define the journey. The real work happens long before: in early mornings, tough training days, and with every decision to keep going. This mindset is central to how I approach both life and leadership. At Fratelli Cosulich, the parallels between sport and business are striking - particularly in the areas of 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: in triathlon, progress doesn’t come from one intense training session but rather from a steady rhythm sustained over months and years. Similarly, in business, lasting success comes from consistent effort. Refining strategies, investing in people, and improving systems over time, to ensure we’re always moving forward. Big wins may catch the attention, but it’s the small, disciplined (and often thankless and unglamorous) steps that lead to building something special and enduring. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: there are days when training feels unbearable, be it because of injuries, tiredness, bad weather or self-doubt. Yet those are the days that define you. In business, the challenges may differ, but they’re equally significant: market shifts, unexpected disruptions, or wrong decisions. Resilience isn’t just about weathering the storm; it’s about adapting and leveraging challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: success, whether in sport or business, isn’t about a single achievement; it’s about embracing the journey. Every race or project - a win, a defeat, or anything in between - teaches you something. Reflecting on what worked and what didn’t is what drives meaningful growth. True progress comes from valuing the process as much as the outcome. These principles have profoundly shaped my approach to leadership and recently inspired the decision to  take on the responsibility for Corporate HR at the Board level. This isn’t just about managing people—it’s about being accountable for fostering a culture where continuous improvement is celebrated and effort is valued over singular moments of success. I believe that by building an environment rooted in hard work, learning, and resilience, we can create a stronger, more agile organization, ready for the future. And who knows? 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐧!
