We are excited to announce that in Q4 2025, Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives will open a new 6,400 sqm slitting center at SEGRO Germany GmbH in Frechen, near Cologne, further strengthening our presence in Europe to better serve our customers. With its 2-meter-wide new generation slitting equipment, this new facility will process up to 90 million sqm per year of high-quality films and premium paper self-adhesive materials for various sectors, including luxury packaging, food & beverage, personal care and large-scale retail, bringing us closer to customers in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Northern France. Sustainability is at the core of this project. The site features recycled materials and photovoltaic-powered heat pumps. Thanks to this milestone we take another step towards furtherly increasing our capillarity in the European market, where we can already count on our slitting center in Poland. Actionable targets, measurable impact grounded in scientific consensus. Our new climate action targets have officially been approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a global body that helps companies set emissions reduction targets in line with the latest climate science. By committing to SBTi, we’re not just setting ambitious goals—we’re aligning our actions with the Paris Agreement's core objective: limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. Here’s a look at our emissions reduction strategy: Near-Term Targets: Fedrigoni commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 47.1% by 2030 from a 2019 base year. Fedrigoni also commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, fuel and energy related activities and end of life treatment of sold products 27.5% within the same timeframe. Long-Term Targets: Fedrigoni commits to reduce absolute scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions 90% by 2050 from a 2019 base year.
