We Founder Circle at Web Summit Qatar 2025! A moment of pride for We Founder Circle as our Co-Founder, Bhawna B., was invited to be part of #WebSummitQatar2025! As a panelist, Bhawna shared her insights on angel investing, startup growth, and venture funding while engaging in thought-provoking discussions with industry leaders. Her presence at the summit further reinforces WFC’s commitment to empowering founders and bridging global opportunities for early-stage startups. She took center stage as a judge for PITCH Group 2, powered by Jusour The competition was fierce—35 groundbreaking startups pitched their visions, with only 7 making it to the semi-finals. Each founder had just 3 minutes to pitch and 3 minutes for Q&A, making every second count. As a firm believer in founder-first investing, Bhawna brought her deep insights into evaluating high-growth potential startups. Is Uber acquiring BluSmart That’s the speculation going on for few days. Founders of BluSmart have already categorically denied it. There is no official statement from Uber as well. We are early investors in this amazing company which have given us world class mobility services… and that’s the reason we have invested in their multiple rounds. As a customer who loves the brand and also as investors lot of people are approaching us to get the clarity. Here is my take on this … In startup world news of acquisitions etc are normal … it’s not the first time some big players have shown interest in BluSmart It’s upto us how we read this … I personally see lot of positives in this either ways. Also we will be backing these awesome founders in every step they take because we are confident they will take the best decision for the brand they have build with so much love & pain.
