A Digital India Awareness Workshop cum Talk Show was organised at NIT, Durgapur on January 10, 2025; attended by over 300 students and faculty, information was imparted on key Digital India initiatives such as DigiLocker, UMANG, UX4G, Cyber Security, DPDP Act 2023, API Setu, ABC-NAD, e-Sanjeevani by officers from National e-Governance Division, MeitY. A special session was also organised to help on-board students on to the OpenForge platform for strengthening open collaboration efforts.
