𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀... For the longest time, talent went looking for opportunities. But that’s changing. In the age of the 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆, more and more individuals are going inbound rather than outbound—crafting bold, creative ways to attract opportunities instead of applying for them the traditional way. Take Avkash Shah, for example. He created a short, snappy video to showcase his 3D motion graphic skills—and landed an internship at CRED. Or Pranay Awadhiya, who ditched the conventional resume for a series of witty, ad-style graphics. The result? He captured everyone’s attention and sparked conversations across the internet. Now, this is becoming the norm. A new way to stand out in a sea of sameness. Look at Deepak L, an aspiring Data Analyst and Machine Learning enthusiast, who showcased an impressive AI-powered gesture control system. His post wasn’t just a project, it was a statement. These efforts? They're mini-marketing campaigns. In the creator economy, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿. And if you have the right skills, you can make sure your message is heard, loud and clear.

🚀 Excited to Share My Latest Project! 🚀 🌟 Project Title: 🎮AI-Powered Gesture-Based Subway Surfer Controller for Hand-Disabled Individuals🎮 I’ve developed a latest project — an AI-powered gesture control system developed using OpenCV, specifically designed to empower individuals with hand disabilities to enjoy online gaming experiences like Subway Surfers. In this project, I implemented a gesture-based controller where: The screen is intelligently divided into four zones (Up, Down, Left, Right). Based on simple body or head movements, the system triggers corresponding in-game actions — ensuring smooth, real-time gameplay without relying on traditional hand controls. This innovation aims to enhance accessibility and make gaming more inclusive and experience the game in real time 🔍 Key Technologies Used: Python OpenCV MediaPipe (for pose/movement tracking) PyAutoGUI (for simulating keyboard inputs) 🛠️ Project Link: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gPmJqWHr #AI #OpenCV #ComputerVision #Accessibility #GestureRecognition #SubwaySurfer #GamingAccessibility #HandDisabilitySupport #Innovation #Python

In this age of attrition and fierce competition, Attracting top talent feels like chasing a horizon. Startups now face a new kind of hassle, Branding themselves beyond just the website or LinkedIn castle. While having a clean digital presence is fine, It's your team’s voice that truly makes you shine. Nothing speaks louder than employees owning their brand, It reflects the startup’s culture, leadership, and stance. Today’s candidates don’t just look for a job, They seek growth, mentorship, and leaders who walk the talk. When employers share their tips and journey with grace, They humanize the brand, it’s no longer just a name, but a face. Look at Devanshi Jhaveri and Hardik Kuwar, when they post their take, In terms of product or engineering, they aren’t just giving; they make. A window into Qrata’s thinking and direction, A peek into the passion, the drive, the connection. This is the future of branding is loud and clear, Leaders and teams speaking up, year after year. Because what’s brewing within isn’t meant to stay inside, It’s meant to inspire, attract, and be felt worldwide.

Sparking success for Indian talent with Qrata.ai, one community at a time!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿-𝘂𝗽𝘀? Lately, I feel a bit like Ruturaj Gaikwad trying to manage MS Dhoni. I’ve spent a lot of time taking instructions from my manager, absorbing the structure and discipline they bring. But now, the roles are shifting, I’m leading a project and expected to carry forward that same approach. But here’s the thing, I see things a little differently. I want to trust my own process, take risks, try new things, even if they don’t show immediate results. I want to lead with curiosity, not just caution. So how do you handle disagreement with someone more experienced? How do you respectfully say, “Let me try it my way first. I’ll seek your advice after that”? This is the kind of discussion we want to brew in our Highpo community (By Qrata), where we learn people skills with the help of the community. Indian e-commerce startups have raised $34 billion over the past decade, dominating a significant share of India's startup ecosystem. This suggests that many of these companies have the potential to expand into new markets. While some critics argue that the Indian startup ecosystem lacks innovation—often relying on fail-safe models like e-commerce rather than exploring groundbreaking sectors—others see this as a natural early phase of growth. A strong e-commerce foundation paves the way for stability, scalability, and broader market penetration. This surge in e-commerce has led to massive job creation, particularly in the digital space. It has opened up significant opportunities in marketing, product management, data analytics, logistics, customer experience, and supply chain operations. Additionally, the demand for AI-driven personalization, performance marketing, and fintech solutions within e-commerce is driving further innovation. Beyond traditional roles, this boom is also fostering entrepreneurial opportunities, encouraging new business models, and strengthening India’s digital economy. As the ecosystem matures, it will likely inspire more risk-taking and innovation, shaping the future of Indian startups.

India’s e-retail market is not just growing—it’s fundamentally transforming. And the How India Shops Online 2025 report by Flipkart and Bain & Company brings that shift into sharp focus. A few things really stood out to me: - India is now the world’s second-largest base of online shoppers, surpassing the US in 2024. That in itself is a staggering stat. But the story isn’t just about scale—it’s about how that scale is being built. The report outlines how Flipkart has played a key enabling role, especially in Tier-2, Tier-3, and smaller towns. Over 60% of new shoppers and sellers are now coming from these cities. This is not just digital penetration—it’s economic participation. What Flipkart seems to have done well is combine access and infrastructure—creating reliable logistics, seller training programs, and demand-supply matching that cater to regional needs. - This includes everything from language localization to fulfillment capabilities, which are critical for serving "the next 200 million" users. - On the demand side, we’re seeing clear behavioral shifts, especially among Gen Z, who now account for nearly 40% of online shoppers. - Their preferences are fast, trend-driven, and platform-agnostic. Flipkart’s product bets like Spoyl and Myntra FWD are attempts to meet this cohort where they live: on their phones, on social, in the now. - The emergence of three powerful models—quick commerce, trend-first commerce, and hyper-value platforms—signals the beginning of a two-speed e-retail market. - Flipkart appears to be active in each of these spaces, tailoring business models and CX levers to different consumer needs and transaction types. What this report does well is zoom out to show the macro (economic indicators, infrastructure, platform maturity) while also zooming in on what’s changing on the ground affordability-led access, seller empowerment, regional diversity, and a culture of speed. I think this report is a must-read—not just for e-retail professionals, but for anyone trying to understand the India growth story through a consumer and commerce lens. Highly recommend giving it a read. https://lnkd.in/g4SdV4wz #Ecommerce #RetailTrends #DigitalIndia #MSMEs #HowIndiaShopsOnline2025 #ConsumerBehavior #PlatformEconomy

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀? Anna Sebastian Perayil’s tragic passing has sparked a much-needed conversation about workplace stress in India. Data shows that young professional Indian women work 55+ hours a week, the highest globally. The pressure of balancing long workdays with household responsibilities leaves them with only 7-10 hours of rest daily—far from sustainable. 💡 This isn’t just about one industry or one company—it’s about the widespread culture of overwork that is taking a toll on mental and physical well-being. Organizations must take urgent action to prevent burnout: ✔️ Set realistic work expectations ✔️ Enforce healthy work-life boundaries ✔️ Offer flexible work options and mental health support We cannot wait for more tragedies to realize the cost of workplace stress. It's time to act. What steps do you think companies should take to address this crisis? #WorkplaceWellbeing #WomenAtWork #Burnout #WorkLifeBalance #MentalHealth

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 As companies push for a full return to office, women are facing a unique challenge—one that could set back years of progress in workplace equity. 🔹 Many women rely on remote work to balance career and home responsibilities. 🔹 1 in 5 women have considered quitting due to rising work stress. 🔹 Decreased flexibility may force women out of the workforce, just like during COVID. Corporate leaders who advocate for in-person work often overlook the realities of caregiving, household management, and the productivity benefits of flexible work. The solution? ✔️ Hybrid & remote work options ✔️ Clear policies supporting work-life balance ✔️ A culture that values outcomes over office presence Workplace flexibility isn’t a perk—it’s a necessity for an inclusive, thriving workforce. Let’s rethink what productivity really means. What do you think? Have you felt the impact of return-to-office mandates? #WorkLifeBalance #WomenAtWork #RemoteWork #FutureOfWork #Leadership

𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲: 𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 A recent study highlights a harsh reality—many women face immense pressure from both work and home, leading to stress, guilt, and mental fatigue. Some key findings: 🔹 67% of women report struggling with work-life balance. 🔹 53% feel guilty about not spending enough time with family. 🔹 48% cite workplace culture as a major stressor. 🔹 60% of working mothers experience pressure from both home and work. 🔹 Only 22% of organizations offer flexible work options to help. The absence of flexible policies and supportive work culture is exacerbating these challenges, especially for younger women navigating their careers and personal lives. So, what can companies do? ✔️ Offer flexible working hours & remote work options. ✔️ Provide professional mental health support. ✔️ Introduce on-site childcare & paid parental leave. ✔️ Build a culture that truly values work-life balance. When women thrive, businesses thrive. It's time for organizations to step up and create environments where women can succeed—without sacrificing their well-being. #𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗔𝘁𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 #𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵
