I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared insights on Industry 5.0 with the students of Project Puthri. The webinar was a powerful reminder of the intellectual curiosity and potential residing in rural Tamil Nadu. The thoughtful questions from these children in XI and XII grade left me with a profound sense of optimism for the world's future, as I am certain that these young minds are ready to shape it. Thanks to Eva James for giving me this opportunity. Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India

#MaleAllyshipSynergySummit! "Semma, Mass", as Preethi Bala and Ajay described it! It was an energy-infused morning with 200 boys, about a hundred young men and many volunteers from our partner organizations, came together to talk about becoming the best allies! Allies for women in the workforce, allies for their mothers and sisters, allies for their classmates and friends and allies for anybody was underprivileged. The exchanges were brilliant. The deep talks by our Chief Guest, Anand Mohanram (Co-founder of Maatram Foundation, who spoke passionately and emotionally about the greatest ally in his life - his mother), Eswar Balasubramanian on why being a gender champion is great for your career, Umasanker Kandaswamy on the inherent need of allies in everyday life and the fantastic panel moderated by Lakshmi Vijaykumar kept us fully absorbed! Kudos, dear #AHCT! Kudos, Anand V Devi Anindya Vidhya Varadarajan Pradeep Abraham Divya Ramesh Sridevi Ramakrishnan NIVETHA KESAVAN and every single team member of AHCT! #MITR is a massive movement indeed and one that's going to create a transformational change in the years to come!

Key takeaways from the panel discussion, Beyond Good Intentions – Turning Allyship into Everyday Actions, at the 2nd edition of the Male Allyship Synergy Summit: -Allyship begins in school, with small actions such as building sports teams for both girls and boys. - It is not about treating everyone as equals; everyone is equal. -Allyship is all about thriving together. When the thought process is right, role reversals are normal. -Some barriers for allyship are apathy, obstructive dominance, and peer pressure. The panel: Rathinavel Rajan S, Regional HR Head, Ball Corporation Saravanan MP, Director- People, Communications and CSR, Kone Dr Shanti, Principal, Asan Memorial College of Arts & Science The panel was moderated by Lakshmi Vijaykumar, AVP, Events & Conferences, Avtar Group. #MaleAllyshipSynergySummit #SecondEdition #MASS #MenasAllies #Inclusivity
