It was an energy-infused morning with 200 boys, about a hundred young men and many volunteers from our partner organizations, came together to talk about becoming the best allies! Allies for women in the workforce, allies for their mothers and sisters, allies for their classmates and friends and allies for anybody was underprivileged. The exchanges were brilliant. The deep talks by our Chief Guest, Anand Mohanram (Co-founder of Maatram Foundation, who spoke passionately and emotionally about the greatest ally in his life - his mother), Eswar Balasubramanian on why being a gender champion is great for your career, Umasanker Kandaswamy on the inherent need of allies in everyday life and the fantastic panel moderated by Lakshmi Vijaykumar kept us fully absorbed! Kudos, dear #AHCT!
