KEC International extends its gratitude to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the successful PCEE inspection of the 2x25 KV OHE works from Moriya to Bhimnath in the Bhavnagar division of Western Railway. With this, we have successfully commissioned two of our 2X25 greenfield projects—Sabarmati Pkg 1 & Pkg 2 (165 RKM/187 TKM)- along with three 2x25 kV switching stations equipped with auto transformers. We are delighted to announce the successful completion and energisation of the Ibri-Rustaq 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line in Oman. One of the toughest projects executed in the region, this 162 km transmission line was built across challenging hilly terrain, with 80% of the alignment passing through rugged landscapes, which required us to: 🔹 Construct 245 km of access roads 🔹 Excavate 572,000 Cu.M of hills for tower foundations A special thanks to OETCOman & Bahwan Engineering Co LLC for their support in making this project a success. KEC has secured new orders of Rs. 1,236 crores across various businesses. Upon winning the order Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd. commented, “We are delighted with the new order wins, especially the substation orders in both India and International markets. The order in UAE has significantly expanded our order book in the Middle East substation market. Our Civil business continues to expand its client base in the Residential segment with the addition of a renowned real estate developer.
