Swish x Designare Our designer Akash designed cups about design for a design event by Designare. Here is how they looked like 👇 Big ups to Nikhil Parekh and the team at Schmancy Pack Pvt. Ltd. for bringing these designs to life within 24 hours. Still in awe of how they perform these tricks. 🫨 Gaurav Rawat Poulomi Chakraborty Kajol Jain Anubhav

Tried out Swish with my friends, and let’s just say... we may have gone a bit overboard 🍕🍔🍟 We ordered so much that they sent us a Virat Kohli keychain as a little surprise. Pretty cool, right? → But here’s what got us thinking: We ended up with a stack of delivery bags and covers. Instead of tossing them in the bin, what if Swish set up a way to return used packaging to nearby warehouses? And in return, users could get in-app credits or rewards. A small nudge toward sustainability. Not sure how it would work, but the idea is simple :) Would love to hear what others think, does this sound doable? Would you return the covers for credits? Some of our earliest Swish orders were delivered on rainy days 🌧️ We’d just started experimenting with the idea: testing it with friends and family in July last year. Then the monsoon arrived. One of the first things we served back then was aloo samosas. Hot samosas, delivered hot, while it poured outside, it felt like a perfect match ✨ Almost. The only thing missing was chai. We’d tried a dozen versions, but none felt right. So we waited. It took time, patience, and a lot of tea leaves, but we finally had a kadak chai that actually tastes like home. We thought that was it. The monsoon duo. Samosas and chai ☕ But then feedback started coming in. Turns out, we’d underestimated the number of people from north in Bangalore. And more than samosas, what they were missing more was kachoris. The kind they grew up eating. Especially because they weren’t easily available nearby. So we went back into the kitchen. Tested, reworked, and finally brought in pyaaz and matar kachoris. After a lot of testing and tasting, they are finally live on Swish app ✅ P.S. It rained yesterday and we couldn't resist some kachoris 😅

How a Free Coaster Influenced My Coffee Order: I was browsing through different delivery apps after a long day of work, trying to find the perfect cold coffee to unwind. When I added the cold coffee to my Swish cart, something caught my eye. A free coaster had been automatically added to my order. It wasn’t a big promotion, but something about that small addition made the decision for me. I clicked on the order, and when it arrived, I placed the coaster right on my work desk. It was nothing but a small wooden coaster, but I was very happy when I received it. This little surprise made me realize that sometimes it’s the small, unexpected touches that can create the most memorable customer experiences. It wasn’t about the value of the coaster, but the thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Small details like these can have a huge impact on customer loyalty and decision-making. It’s the unexpected, thoughtful gestures that truly make a difference.
