The DEI team successfully wrapped up both phases of SOAR Batch #18 at the Bangalore DC, empowering a total of 39 incredible women managers. Phase 1 focused on self-reflection, leadership style alignment, mindfulness, overcoming fears, stakeholder mapping, and mastering the art of influence — laying the foundation for personal and professional growth. A special highlight was the inspiring and interactive session with Shamita Mukherjee, SVP and Head of HRD, who shared invaluable career insights and wisdom. Phase 2 built on this momentum, diving into advanced topics like business storytelling, crucial conversations, executive presence, and negotiation skills, equipping participants to become highly effective leaders in their domains. The latest event under the 'Be The Best You' (BTBY) initiative took an exciting turn as our team in the #CzechRepublic set out on foot bikes. Focused on promoting a healthy body and mind, the event was led by BTBY Ambassador and Assistant Manager at Infosys BPM, Barbora Horsakova. Her love for foot biking, backed by her long-distance racing experience and active role in the local foot bike community, brought great energy to the day. Even with the windy weather, participants took on the challenge with enthusiasm, many trying foot biking for the first time. Together, they covered an impressive 12 km. We are happy to share that Infosys has been named a Leader, Global in two quadrants of the ISG Global Capability Center (GCC) Services 2025 report – GCC Design and Setup and GCC Optimization and Enhancement. The report evaluated 46 service providers for GCC Design and Setup and 46 service providers for GCC Optimization and Enhancement focal areas respectively, focusing on the growing service provider ecosystem that helps establish and enhance GCCs. As the sun set on a delightful March, our team in China wrapped up Women's Month with meaningful celebrations. In observance of International Women's Day 2025, our team in Australia DC hosted a "Storytelling and Roundtable Discussion" to promote inclusivity and open communication. Five distinguished female employees were selected to share their journeys and experiences. The session provided a confidential platform for all attendees to contribute toward building a more inclusive workplace and encourage reporting challenges. The passionate engagement of both participants and speakers led to a rich exchange of insights and stories, ultimately fostering confidence and empowering women to address gender-related obstacles. We look forward to organizing more storytelling sessions, offering everyone the opportunity to share their unique stories with larger audiences. They volunteered and contributed to four resilient women and their families, who have shown incredible strength in supporting each other through immense personal challenges.
