It has been an immense honor and privilege to serve alongside such an outstanding community of professionals, volunteers, and visionaries dedicated to advancing technology for humanity. First and foremost, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to you. Your dedication, innovation, and collaborative spirit has supported in propelling the IEEE India Council to new heights. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones, from organizing impactful conferences like INDISCON and INDICON and congress like AISYWLC, to launching initiatives like the MOVE STEM Project, that have strengthened our technical community and inspired the next generation of engineers and technologists. These contributions have not only enhanced the reputation of the IEEE India Council and also has made a lasting impact on the global IEEE community. I am deeply grateful for the trust and support you have extended to me and my team during this term. The success we celebrate today is a testament to our unwavering commitment and passion for IEEE's mission. It is through the collective efforts that we have fostered a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation. As we turn the page to a new chapter, I am pleased to welcome the incoming team, under the leadership of Prof.Prerna Gaur, who will assume their responsibilities starting January 1, 2025. Their enthusiasm and vision assure me that the council's legacy of excellence will not only continue but will reach greater heights. I urge all of you to extend the same support, guidance, and encouragement to the incoming team, that you so generously provided to me and my team. Let us work together to ensure a seamless transition and build on the strong foundations laid by our predecessors’. As I step aside from this role, I carry with me cherished memories and immense gratitude for the friendships and collaborations we have nurtured. I remain committed to the IEEE mission and look forward to contributing in any way I can to support our collective goals. Wishing you all a successful and inspiring 2025 ahead.
