CME Programs & Seminars: - Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, conferences, and workshops for gynecologists and physicians. - Coordinate with senior doctors and embryologists to deliver informative sessions on infertility treatments. - Ensure high participation and engagement from the medical community. 4. Field Marketing & Outreach: - Conduct hospital and clinic visits to increase brand awareness. - Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and standees at targeted locations. - Represent Femcare Fertility at medical events, health camps, and exhibitions. 5. Patient Awareness Campaigns: - Plan and execute patient awareness programs in coordination with doctors. - Arrange fertility awareness sessions in hospitals, clinics, and corporate offices. 6. Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence: - Stay updated on competitor activities and strategies in the IVF sector. - Gather insights from the field to optimize marketing and referral strategies. 7. Reporting & Performance Analysis: - Maintain records of doctor visits, referrals generated, and marketing activities conducted. - Submit periodic reports on marketing performance, referral trends, and outreach effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
